In 2005 I took my first trip across the Atlantic. As you know, I'm an avid WWII historian. I found a Band of Brothers-themed historical tour that was all-inclusive and that would take me to places I wouldn't otherwise be able to go. The tour, which was put on by Stephen Ambrose Historical Tour Co., was for two weeks and included two WWII veterans to help us understand the places we visited. The vets, Forrest "Goody" Guth and Amos "Buck" Taylor, were wonderful people. I met new friends and loved every minute of the adventure.
